- Summer craft and gift fair.
- Approximately 30 stands.
- All stalls are indoors in a large room.
- Stall will consist of one trestle table approximately six foot by 2 foot (*see below), with white tablecloth plus 2 chairs.
- All food and drink to be sold on tables must be handed to purchaser either pre-wrapped or in a sealed unit designed to be taken home not consumed on the premises, you may however provide samples for tasting.
- You may NOT hang anything from the walls.
- If you have any special requirements such as needing space for a rail, please indicate this on your booking form. Extra display space cannot be provided on the day unless previously agreed.
- Once your booking form is submitted we will review it and get back to you with an answer, usually within 48 hours. We always reply so if you don’t see an email please check your spam folder.
- If your application is successful we will send you a page link to make your payment on this website and secure your booking..
- Please note payment is due within 7 days from your booking being accepted.
- Your booking is not complete until payment has been received.
- Failure to make payment within 7 days will result in your booking being cancelled.
- Set up is from 10.30am.
- Wi-Fi is available for phones, tablets, laptops and credit card machines.

*This is the standard table size. Most of the time we are able to double up the tables giving you 6 foot x 4 foot at this event, however, we cannot guarantee it so please be aware you may get a single table only.

We keep our table costs to a minimum whilst maintaining good exposure by advertising in the local newspaper, newsletters, social media, posters, flyers and road signage.

I would like to book a stall for the summer craft and gift fair. I had a stall in the Christmas fair last year selling woodworking and woodturning (clocks, bowls, jewellery boxes, kitchen utensils etc.). I would be hoping to sell woodworking again this year
