Booking Application Form

To book an event please submit your booking application form below indicating which craft and gift fair(s) you would like to be considered for. We will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible with an answer, usually within 2 working days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm).

Make sure to read the terms and conditions as you must agree to them when you submit your booking application form to book an event.

Events

Summer Craft and Gift Fair – Sunday 12th July – €30 per stand

Autumn Craft and Gift Fair – Sunday 4th October – €30 per stand – SOLD OUT

Christmas Craft and Gift Fair – Sunday 6th December – €30 per stand

We will use this to tag your business page as attending the fair on our own Downland Crafts event pages. (we cannot link to your personal profile)
Tick the box(es) to indicate the events you want to apply for.
Please be specific. We do not allow exhibitors to sell products featuring licensed character images unless you can provide proof of your licence(s) to do so at time of booking. Email copies of paperwork to events@downlandcrafts.ie.
If you have different requirements for multiple fairs please stipulate in the special requirements box below.
Please note changes to the table allocation cannot be made on the day, so anything you need must be stated here on your booking form.
Balance due 28 days before each event, we'll send you a reminder. Once your booking is approved we will email you the relevant link(s) to make your payment.
