To book an event, or go on the waitlist for a sold out category or event, please submit your booking application form below indicating which craft and gift fair(s) you would like to be considered for. We will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible with a decision, usually within 2 working days. Payment is due within 7 days from the date of the booking confirmation email which will also contain the payment link(s) to complete your booking.

The price per single stall is €55, however if you are booking 2 or more spaces there is a €5 discount on each one bringing the price down to €50. The discount applies to multiple tables at the same event or single tables at more than one event when paid for at the same time in one order. (discount will automatically be applied at checkout, we regret we cannot add the discount at a later date).

Cancellations incur a €10 admin fee.

Do You Have Public Liability Insurance?
While it is not a legal requirement to have public liability insurance to attend our fairs please note that in the unlikely event that something happens you will not be covered by ourselves or the venue.
If you need any additional space for a rail, display stand or banner please give approximate sizes of the space needed here.
Waitlist
If the fair is sold out would you like to be added to our waitlist in case we get a cancellation.
How much time would you need to get ready? We need to know how close to the event we can contact you if we get a last minute cancellation.
